- Is the website included in the monthly price?
- Yes. Every plan includes your own website at your-name.koydo.app, live the day you publish. Crew and Multi include your own domain name too; on Solo you can add one for a few dollars a month.
- Do my customers need to download an app?
- No. Your site works as an app: on a phone, 'Add to Home Screen' puts your name and icon on their screen and opens your site full-screen. Nothing to find in a store, nothing to update. Your crew can do the same for the console.
- Who gets paid — you or me?
- You do. Card deposits go straight into your own Stripe account, and Zelle or Venmo if you take them. Koydo charges the monthly plan only, never a cut of a booking.
- How long does setup take?
- An afternoon. Your services and prices, a few colours, where you clean, how you take payment, then publish. Everything can be changed later from your dashboard.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- It is yours. Download everything at any time as a file any spreadsheet can open. Close the account and your site goes offline at once; your data is kept for ninety days in case you change your mind, then deleted for good.
